Exotic Terrestrials
Temperate worlds crusted in minerals no Earth rock knows.
An exotic terrestrial is a temperate, breathable-adjacent world whose crust skipped the silicate playbook: calcium carbonate plains, titanium-gray mesas, potassium salts - chemistry that builds a solid, weatherable surface without any of Earth's silicon and iron. They sit apart from earth-likes (no silicate continents, no iron core) yet can hold air, water, and high habitability scores. Build one by giving a temperate rocky recipe its minerals as calcium, titanium, or aluminum instead of silicon and iron.
